What I am loving

Good morning Vietnam!!! Who doesn't love a little Robin Williams on a Tuesday morning? How are you my lovely ladies? So I have been so crazy busy lately that I have hardly had anytime to scour the interwebs for little ol' me. What a tragedy?! So this weekend, besides catching up on design work, I got caught up on what is relevant in the world of fashion, design and Pinterest. That's right. While you all were all boozing and either did the accosting or avoided being accosted for not wearing a hue of green, I did some internet shopping. A round up of what I came across is so necessary.

Ok. So if you need a little tchotchke or knick knack to add some glam to a space, I present to you these chinoiserie lamp finials. I mean what is not to love? The intricacy and major pop of color is totally doing it for me. Comes in every shade imaginable. Getcha some.
So the main bathroom in my house is probably lacking more than any space in my house. I had some issues with a painting project and after about 5 minutes, I decided to throw in the towel and surrender to wallpaper. I have the patience of a 2 year old. Secretly I didn't want it to work out, because I wanted the below. And you know what girls? I got it. Once this is installed I will be one happy lady.
So it was a close toss up. I actually adore this wallpaper as well. The whimsical feel of the birds and floral made it a major runner up. Someone please buy this and use it.
So I ventured out to Target after being referred to this site by some of my bloggy girlfriends. I walked in with one mission in mind. To snag a sundress for $24.99. While I didn't find the dress, I spent 1.5 hours scouring the store and $350.00 later, I put the finishing touches on some things that were begging for completion around here. Apparently my belt loops were begging to be completed as well. Believe it or not, I needed 3 belts. So of my favorite items I snagged, these Threshold Fretwork Curtains. $25. Need I say more? They are going in my living room.
Have y'all seen the new and improved Furbish? As if that was even thought to be possible. Well my girl James has outdone herself, yet again. I want each and every item in her shop. Twice.
So I copied my girl Melanie Knopke. When we went out the other night, she had this lovely onyx initial necklace that I just could not get out of my head. Did I need it? It is debatable. However, I was jonesing for it for a solid week so I decided to take the plunge. Use promo code ITSMYBDAY to get $15 off of your purchase. You're welcome.
Ok girls. I know that this bag has been spotted in T.J. Maxx around the U.S. and I cannot find it. It is killing me. It is the perfect staple to my summer wardrobe. I mean what is a girl to do? Carry her winter purse into summer? I think not. It also comes in a cognac and citrine number that I adore as well. Love it. Need it.
I decided my go to wardrobe this summer will be maxi dresses. Lots and lots of maxi dresses. There is something so chic, glam and mysterious about maxis to me. According to Rachel Zoe, aka my style icon, they are the perfect piece to be rolling around the floor in, yet still looking glamorous. I have to second that. How adorbs is this one?
So we all know I love a monogram. I cannot deny it. Nattie Mack sent me a pair of their Monogrammed Seersucker PJ Pants and I am wearing these babies everywhere but the office. You think I am kidding. They are so comfortable and adorable that even my dogs are complimenting me in them. I wouldn't lie to you.
I am not generally one for inspirational quotes, as I gain motivation and inspiration from Stella's daily words of wisdom, but I came across this quote and thought it was the perfect mantra for a perfectionist. Whatever it is, go for it.
Have the loveliest of days, my darlings. XOXO
