VaVa Valentine

Me thinks a cupid I shall play. While I am far too cynical for a Hallmark Holiday such as Valentine's day, I will still play along for it is full of red and pink (my favorites) and lots of treats (both edible and not). As you can imagine, I am not really into the edible treat bit, but I am definitely into the red and pink items for both my home and body. Ooooohhh and ahhhhhh. My fondest memories of Balentine's (yes, Balentine's) Day, are centered around my Grandma and I running around town to her favorite nickle and dime stores (I am not 82) to find the best craft items for my homemade Valentine's box. Let me tell you, Grandma put all of those other punks to shame. One year, she even added a strand of red heart lights to my Valentine's box and that thing lit up like a Christmas tree. Her idea, not mine. I wouldn't lie to you. Got more Valentine's that year than Kim K. Don't all of you want to know what to ask that special someone for? Just direct them to a little site called Sadie + Stella. Let's keep it pink and red, shall we?
