Big deal. Big friggin deal today. My girl Foxy Roxy (yes I call her this) from Society Social is showing off her NYC pad. I had been begging Roxy to show me her space for over a year now and luckily she has finally finished it and has kindly obliged. If you all are not currently shopping Society Social, you need to get on it. It is my go to for furniture and accessories for all of my client's spaces. Girl is talented. I mean, if one can turn a 400 square foot apartment into a decorative, chic and functional space, they have my vote. Just wait and see what she has concocted.
Hey y'all! Roxy from Society Social and My Cup of Te here. I'm excited to share a few images from our living room that was recently featured in HGTV's April Issue and a few little spots captured on my Instagram. It's our favorite room because it is the only room aside from our bedroom, so you see, there isn't much of a choice! Our entire Manhattan apartment is just 400 square feet so my husband and I had to get creative. The furniture is strategically scaled, a bar cart doubles as an end table, our dining table is a red folding table moonlighting as an end table which you will see folded out (our Christmas dinner!), and a dead wall is transformed into a functional countertop. We also joined the legions of rast hackers (the pulls are coi!) and turned three rasts into our entertainment console as well as our dressers where we store most of our clothes. Yes, we store our clothes in the living room under our TV. But hey, it's New York City and the name of the game is multi-functional! And location, location, location, right? :) Hope you enjoy!
