The Thing I cannot quit: The Kilim Rug

Can we talk about my undying love for the kilim rug? I mean the obsessions started a good 4 years ago, and the bond between the rugs and I has gotten stronger as time goes by. I feel that some automatically feel like this rug is only for western or tribal decor, and those that think that could not be further from the truth. What I love about the rugs is the story they tell. In my humble opinion (which is oh so humble) these babies are the most transitional rug at this very moment.  Count it. They bring color, they bring texture, they bring pattern and can be mixed and matched in modern and even traditional spaces. Trust me when I say, this floor art is going to bring that worldly element into your space that has always been missing. Boom.
