Punchy Decor Budget Buys

My darling little snow bunnies. Vat's up? So we are under a little thing called a "winter weather advisory" in these parts. I am talking, there is nothing on the ground but grand predictions about a Snowmageddon headed our way, so everyone has closed down EVERYTHING. I am talking errrthang. Where were these type of events when I was growing up? School closed off of a prediction and not actually the event of snow. Seriously rude.

So to counteract this ridiculously gloomy, frigid and bleh weather, I am talking punchy decor. Bright, light and airy, folks. I mean my house is full of color galore, and I really feel like each and every room really should have some sort of pop of color. Enter Adore Magazine. I recently came across their September edition (I know get my head out of the sand) and it was just what the doctor ordered by way of decor. Fun, bright, unique and eclectic. Truly folks, one colorful statement piece can go a long way. 

So I figure out I need to practice a little bit of what I preach. Let's get our punch decor budget buy on.
