Ingredients:
Thick slices of sourdough, challah or crusty french bread
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk or cream
1/4 cup orange juice

1 tablespoon vanilla

Mix eggs, milk, orange juice, vanilla and cinnamon together. Set aside.
Over medium-low heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter.
Dip both sides of bread slices into egg mixture and place in skillet. Cook, until golden brown on each side. Transfer to cookie sheet and bake in a 375F oven for 5 minutes. serve warm and enjoy!
